Crucible
Crucible is a heated somatic alchemy container.
You do not leave unchanged.
It tends to draw those at thresholds. When identity is shifting. When old ways of relating to the body, power, grief, or desire no longer hold. When insight has gone as far as it can, and the body is asking to be included.
Each Crucible carries a distinct theme, yet the work itself remains rooted in direct experience. Breath, movement, and heat bring awareness into sensation. The body reveals where energy is held, split, or waiting to move. Attention stays close to what is actually happening rather than what should be happening.
This is participatory work. You enter the heat. You move with intention. You stay present as sensation reorganizes itself. Structure and guidance create containment, while the process unfolds through your own lived experience.
People often leave with a felt sense of coherence. Orientation returns. Something unhooks. Something else comes online.
Crucible is for those who trust their body as an intelligent site of transformation and are willing to meet themselves there.

What makes my work different is not a technique. It is how I listen.
I work with the whole of you as it shows up in real time. Thought, sensation, emotion, energy. Nothing is treated as separate or abstract. Change happens when these layers are allowed to speak to each other instead of being managed or overridden.
My work pulls from both ancient lineages and modern frameworks, but it is never formulaic. Intuition and structure move together. Each session responds to what is actually present rather than what was planned in advance.
Whether in a group or one to one setting, the work is experiential and specific. You are met where you are, and guided toward a deeper alignment with yourself that feels lived, not conceptual.
